How should I dress the day of the event?
Depending on the activity you are going to be part of or wellness treatments you are getting, comfortable clothes such as sports attire or stretchy clothes are your best choices.
Does Zenify accept insurance?
Zenify is not currently taking insurance, however, a Superbill that could be passed on to your insurance provider could be provided if services include chiropractic treatment along with massage therapy.
What is Zenify’s cancellation policy?
Because of the organization and setup time involved in Corporate Events, we have established a 24 hours’ cancellation policy to protect our clients as well as Zenify from any last minute cancellation. Once your Corporate Event has been confirmed, a 24 hours’ cancellation after the booking of the event is applicable at no charge and refunds and rescheduling will be arranged. In case of cancellation after the 24 hours’ cancellation period, the full amount for the Corporate Event will be kept and used as credit for future Corporate events.
Do we need to have table/chair massages or any other equipment to receive treatments or wellness services at our company?
No equipment is required as we are bringing all equipment needed to provide all of our services.
How much space do we need to receive treatments or wellness services at our company?
Space needed varies according to the number of people getting services at the same time.
Arrangements can always be made to accommodate a large number of employees by dividing them into groups if space is an issue. A lot of our services are being provided in conference rooms, office’s open spaces or even gyms. Our teams are very adaptable and will make the best use of any available space.
Can we book treatments and wellness services in-house and for private events?
Yes, all of our services can be provided in the comfort of your home/hotel or at your private events.
Does Zenify has a location(s)?
Yes, we do have a location where employees can come to and receive follow up treatments.
Can we purchase packages, treatments or wellness services for our employees?
Yes, packages, gift cards, and services can be purchased for companies that would like to show appreciation to their employees or as holidays gift.
